Anyone can add a business
You do not have to wait for a plumber to sign up before you can say they did good work. Add them, rate them, and the listing is there. If they want it, they claim it.
Claiming is how a business gets its voice back
An unclaimed listing collects reviews and nothing else. Once an owner claims it, an admin checks the request, and from then on the replies carry the business name. Claim your listing from the app, then sign in to the portal to answer.
What a rating covers
A review is one to five stars and what happened, in the customer’s words. They can also rate four things separately, so a business can tell a slow appointment from a bad repair.

Reviews can be reported. An admin reads every report and takes down anything fake, abusive or planted.
